Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, founder of the training company offering Lean Six Sigm trainings and certifications for students from over 120 countries around the world. Anna has an experience in leading the process excellence function in shared service centres in Poland: State Street, UBS, Amway and Motorola Solutions. In Amway she was responsible for Lean Six Sigma program implementation, managing team of project leaders, delivering Lean Six Sigma training and certifications. Previously in UBS she was part of the global process excellence team in Finance, trained by McKinsey as Change Agent responsible for Lean implementation in UBS headquarters in Zurich.
     Graduated from University of Economics in Cracow, Greenwich University in London, Warsaw School of Economics, recently completed China MBA Program at Jiao Tong University in Shanghai. Currently her main area of interest is PHD studies at Warsaw School of Economics, the topic is related with cultural differences in the change management and process improvement between China and Poland.
